This is a stunning example of pre-war piano manufacturing and design. We took our time with the restoration to ensure it had the appropriate treatment that would bring out its exquisite case.
The piano has new a delignit pinblock and new capping. It has natural Felt Abel Hammers suitable for Bluthner Grand Article: 294 Brand: Bluthner-repetition. Full interior restoration. Roselau treble strings. Bass strings made of German Roselau steel strings and Degan copper wire.
We have also ensured that the work completed externally has been matched inside, by giving it a comprehensive restoration that includes new strings, new hammer and damper felts and a new wrest plank. This piano has a warm tone with clarity in all the registers and a responsive medium action. It is capable of playing delicate passages as well as grand powerful tones, making it suitable for all level of pianists.
