Ability Levels: Beginners to Advanced
I am a qualified and experienced piano, cello and music theory tutor. I have 15 years of teaching experience. I cover the following areas of Bristol: Headley Park, Bishopsworth, Withywood, Hartcliffe, Bedminster, Southville, Knowle, Hengrove, Whitchurch and Dundry or anywhere else within a 3 mile radius of BS13.
I offer a high standard of lessons and a high exam success rate for those wishing to take exams. I also teach people who would like to learn for fun and to acquire the skill of picking up a piece of music and being able to read and play it, as well as how to hear things and then play them by ear without any music. I use modern teaching methods focusing on establishing strong sight-reading technique and developing the musical ear and musical creativity.
I keep my lessons fun and enjoyable for all ages whilst constantly improving and developing. It is really important for people to enjoy their music lesson to help their concentration, encourage them to practice and to see progression.
