Teaching Details

Joshua achieved a Merit in Piano Accompaniment from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2015.  The two year postgraduate was studied under the tuition of Zoe Smith and Richard McMahon, after achieving a 2:1 BMus (Hons) in Piano Performance at RWCMD in 2013. During this time, Joshua studied with well known performers; Alasdair Beatson, Benjamin Frith, Polina Leschenko and Martin Jones to name but a few.

At the age of 31, Joshua has a variety of work. Self Employed he is an Examiner for ABRSM, and a pianist for musicals/shows and events. He also works 5 days a week, separated over Millfield Senior and Prep schools and Wellington School.

Within the UK, Joshua has appeared as an accompanist on National television, and live on BBC Radio. Not just limited to classical piano, Joshua has been involved with many musicals over the past years, using electric synthesisers with high-end technology, working with West-End Music Directors.
