Teaching Details

I am a piano teacher based in the Victoria Park area of Cardiff with 25 year’s experience. Teaching people of all ages, I adopt an informal, fun approach to my tuition making the subject more accessible and easy to understand.

I charge £12 for a 30-minute session and usually see my pupils on a weekly basis.

Most people learn simply for the pure enjoyment it provides, others aspire to achieve graded certification as a measure of progress. I encourage whichever is most suitable for each individual. Graded exams are undertaken through the Guildhall Trinity College system.

By way of informal introduction, the first lesson is free of charge allowing potential pupils the opportunity of chatting about themselves and their ambitions to learn. From this useful initial get-together, we can decide on the type of route to take.
