Talented Musician adds West Country to her uk tour
A fourth UK date at Bristols Colston Hall was announced last week due to the high demand for tickets to her Manchester, Brighton and London shows. The American singer songwriter is due to release her fourth album this October and will be touring the UK in November. I was delighted to be given some highly sought after tickets for the 2nd of November show in Bristol and look forward to seeing this gifted musician and lyricist perform live.
Newsom started learning the piano at the age of four and still performs on a piano on stage from time to time, she fell in love with the harp when she started having lessons as a child. Since the release of her debut album the milk eyed mender in 2004 she has built up a cult following and won widespread critical acclaim with her two follow up albums Ys, (2006) and Have One On Me (2010). Uncut magazine described Have One On Me as;
