The Piano Shop Bath recently undertook delivery of a Bechstein upright piano to France. This was a unique vintage painted piano and we knew it would end up somewhere special, though we hadn’t necessarily expected to take it across the chanel! The custom designed Bechstein piano with matching stool, were safely transported from our showroom here in Bath to a beautiful property in the south of France last week. The removal team reported back to the shop on Monday that the long drive had been quite tiring but we think that the French hospitality and scenery probably helped to soften the blow. This is the second piano we have delivered to France this year, so we are getting quite accustomed to exporting our pianos and we are looking forward to our next road trip. Salut!
