Priston Festival
If you are looking for some fun, free local live music why not try Priston Festival near Bath in Somerset from the 18th-20th September. The festival is a charitable organisation that formed in 2008 with the aim of showcasing local and live acts. The organisers explain local as meaning Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, The South West and South Wales.
Over the two days different venues are set up in the pretty Somerset village of Priston. With a variety of live music on offer and a number of family friendly workshops, including singing and storytelling the festival is always a good day out.
The lineup includes Jim Moray, Buffalo Gals Stampede, The Egg, Djanan Turan, Jess Vincent, Alice Brewer, AnON AmOS, Barry Lane, Bill Smarme & The Bizness, Jez Hellard & the Djukella Orchestra, The Message, Old Somerset Russet Band, Samantha Walton, Sharon Martin, and Waitress for the Bees.
This family-friendly event will have two free stages, family activities, special events in the village hall & church and a special kids venue.
